also ich hab mal die dezemberklausur bzw. das rechenbeispiel durchgerechnet und komm auf folgende Ergebnisse:
2)
direct material 20
direkt labor 40
= sum of direct costs 60
indirect costs
production 1 10 ( hab als cost driver die units genommen)
production 2 2,5 (hab als cost driver number of production runs genommen)
logistic 22 ( hab als cost driver die units genommen)
administration 12 (cost driver ist die number of customers orders)
= 46,5
total costs = 46,5+60 = 106,5
b) cogs consist of:
direct material 20
direct labor 40
costs for production 1 10
cost for production 2 2,5
= 72,5
bin nicht sicher ob die produktionskosten 1 und 2 zu den cogs gehören, bin mir aber sicher das logistic und administration nicht dazugehören

was habt ihr welche ergebnisse herausbekommen??

Hey leute ich hätte da mal eine Frage zur 1a),welche wie folgt lautet:

Control systems are supposed to address problems of motivation, information, or ability. Consider the teaching staff (Professors, lectures) in a university. Give examples for problems of motivation, information and ability (one example each) that may find among this group of people and describe control systems that can be used to adress these problems. (one example each).

Ich habe versucht es mit den Folien #21 und #22 zu lösen. Das ist dann mit Results Control, Action Control, Input Control und Cultural Control. Meint ihr, dass das in die richtige Richtung geht? Oder ist da in der VO oder im PS mal draufeingegangen worden? Also jetzt speziell zu dieser Fragestellung?

Wäre zu freundlich wenn mir da jemand weiterhelfen könnte.

Carmaker produces two types of toy cars, blue sports cars and red trucks. Both are produced in a two stage-process. In the first process, parts are produced and painted. In the second process, they are assembled. The two products differ in design and complexity. Blue sports cars are more difficult to assemble. Red trucks consume the more expensive materials.

The following table summarizes the cost data for 2011:

In order to calculate unit costs for both products, the management accountant allocates manufacturing overhead costs on the basis of total direct costs.

When the production manager of the red trucks section sees the calculation, he picks up the phone to call the management accountant. He says:
“Look, John, most of the overhead costs that we have in production are related to the more complex assembly process that blue sports cars are going through. My red trucks cause only very few of these indirect costs. You should therefore allocate the overhead on the basis of labour costs rather than material costs.”
John, the management accountant, is not sure whether this would make a huge difference. But he wants to look at it in more detail.

Required:
Calculate unit costs for both products using (i) total direct costs, (ii) labour costs as allocation base for manufacturing overhead. Explain the differences in results that you get.

wie kommst du bei production 2 auf 2,5? das sind doch 48 runs.... also 12000 / 48 = 250 ... oder verstehe ich da etwas falsch ?

da hast du nur einen denkfehler: du machst 12000/48 = 250 das musst du dann noch mit 10 multiplizieren dann kommst du auf die totalen Kosten in Produktion 2 für Produkt A. du musst aber die kosten pro einheit wissen also teilst du einfach noch durch die Einheiten.

Du kannst wahlweise auch erst die gesamten Kosten nehmen, dann hast du für Produkt A 46.500 und teilst das durch die 1.000 stück. Das wäre alternativ. Hast dann erst die gesamten indirekten Kosten und brichst es dann runter auf die Stück.

150/(150+275) =>35,29% * 230 = 81,177
-> (150+81,177) / 2 = 115,58

Red
160+50+65=275
275/(150+275)=>64,7%*230=148,823
-> (275+148,823) / 4 = 105,95

(ii) labour costs:

Blue
90 / (90+115) => 43,9%*230 =100,975
-> (190,975 + 60) / 2 = 125,48

Red
115 / (90+115) => 56,1%*230 = 129,025
-> (244,025 + 160) / 4 = 101
